Christmas Comes Early in Cyprus

While I didn’t see much in the way of Halloween décor, nor Thanksgiving décor, I did see stores put up Christmas decorations for sale all over the place: grocery stores, toy stores, and the malls. The day after October 31st. Even Cyprus is not immune from businesses trying to make a buck in the season of giving.

What an interesting thing to see people buy plastic Christmas trees to celebrate the holiday in Cyprus?

I don’t know if we’ll see a Santa photo booth at the mall, but it’s kind of nice to see a few decorations, even if the weather feels like a cool autumn day.
